Graduate Business Analyst
Support teams in understanding business needs, improving processes and translating stakeholder requirements into clear, testable outcomes.
What you will do
- Support stakeholder interviews, workshops and discovery sessions.
- Gather and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and supporting documentation.
- Analyse processes, identify gaps and help define practical improvements.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing and defect triage.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, testers and client stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
- A degree, diploma or equivalent recognised qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Graduated recently with the required qualification.
- Basic understanding of requirements analysis, business processes and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Legal eligibility to work in South Africa.

Graduate Software Engineer
Join a collaborative delivery team and contribute to the design, development, testing and support of dependable software solutions.
What you will do
- Develop, test and maintain application features with guidance from senior engineers.
- Translate user stories and technical requirements into maintainable code.
- Write unit and integration tests and use test-driven development where appropriate.
- Investigate defects, identify root causes and implement verified fixes.
- Work with APIs, databases and front-end components.
- Contribute through Git branches, pull requests and peer code reviews.
Minimum requirements
- A degree, diploma or equivalent recognised qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Graduated recently with the required qualification.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language such as C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and relational databases.
- Evidence of practical learning through projects, internships, hackathons or an online portfolio.
- Legal eligibility to work in South Africa.
